EXERCISE FOR TODAY-
CARDIO-
ran around the lake.. didn't stop once, then big block of the neighborhood close by.
ABS- 200 stomach crunches
100 sit-ups
LEGS-(in physical therapy)
the 4 stretches taught for 20 secs. each in a 3 time rotation.. x2
